Default Having Issues Loading PS2 ROM

I downloaded Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence (Disc 2) from *link removed* and I'm having trouble figuring out how to load the it as there's no ISO file.

What's the file you have - It's probably just zipped I'm thinking.

There are no zip files in the folder.

You've extracted the contents of the iso.

If you're using winrar then go into file associations and untick iso.
Otherwise every iso file will have a winrar icon.

There originally is no iso file in the folder and this wasn't extracted.

Why can I see files that are obviously from inside the disc?
I don't emulate these games (I use real hardware) but I am very aware of what disc contents look like as I have dumped games, including PS2 games.

What kind of file is there? Your screenshot shows the contents of a disc.

You don't. You EXTRACTED THE ISO itself. Do you still have the original file you downloaded? Please don't tell me it came that way.

I already mentioned that days ago.
The OP seems convinced there wasn't an iso file, I even pointed out the winrar file associations issue which is quite common with people that get all confused.

Post the file extension of the file you downloaded and we can go from there.
