Thread: Labor Day means... no labor!

Default Labor Day means... no labor!

By saying 'labor', I mean work. So no work, school, etc. That's the idea.

So, on Labor Day's on Monday. What do you have planned for the holiday?

Well, my nana's (grandma's) b- day is on the same day, so we're using Labor Day as a party day to celebrate her birthday.

btw, I posted this thread today, on Saturday, so that everyone has time to post their activites in advance, before the day actually comes.

edit: I was wondering if Labor Day is only for the US, if it is, then all non- US people ignore this topic.

Work. Fine with me, I get time and a half... 6 x 12 = more money than I usually make.

Canada too. I'll probably just hang around the house, maybe do something with Harker, depending on when he works.

I'm surprised you don't know my shifts, Froggie. I work from 8-10, 12.30-2.30 and 5.30-7.30. We're in renovation mode right now, so it'll be an early day.

I'll savour my last day of non-school by waking up at 5 in the afternoon, and coming here :O

sleep is so wonderful when you have no interest in arising from your 22 hour slumber..

I and my roomate will celebrate by getting drunk and playing alot of games. I just set up my P-Gen disks, so I'll be playing alot of Genesis, as well as some Sega 3D ages stuff (Monoco GP and Fantasy Zone), and most likely some Metal Slug 3 on my PS2. Oh, and I just got this RC racing game called Smash Cars, so I'll be playing that a bit too.
