    How did he manage to play the PSX game in a car?

    Probably a PSOne console running off a car power adapter (I believe the official adapter is SCPH-170).
    The monitor is just whatever in-car type junk with av input.

    I have an AC adapter for my cars just to play games on the go, but not while driving. If there's anyone who knows about AC/DC it's you. *air guitar*
