Default CPS-2 Issue with MAME 0.219

I've finally updated to the newest version of MAME and I've ran into an issue concerning the games that run on the CPS-2 platform.

Now, I have downloaded one game (X-Men: Children of the Atom) as an example and it is telling that I am missing one thing: File dl-1425.bin

Now, I think this file has something to do with Q Sound. I've tried putting in Q Sound normally in another CPS-2 based game and it didn't work.

I just want to know where I can download this .bin file so I can add in games from this platform onto my MAME system.

    You need the relevant qsound.zip.
Which is why I asked if you updated your rom set.

    Update MAME, update rom set.
Most problems people have are because they try using older MAME with new roms or vice versa.

So, how do you update the rom set? Is it with MAMEUI or something similar to it?

Also, I know where I can find the .zip file for Q Sound, but it still gives me the same message even after downloading Q Sound. What I want to know is where I can find that file if it's even out there.

If it's an old qsound.zip it probably has an incorrect bin file inside. I think some old zip versions might have qsound.bin inside and the crc is different so renaming won't work.
Same thing can happen with roms and stuff too, which is why you need MAME version and matching rom set.
You use the same rom set as the MAME version you have. So in your case 0.219 rom set I guess.
Honestly I don't mess around with MAME much and certainly not on PC, just older versions on hacked/modded game consoles.

Here's an old forums thread so the attached file might be out of date idk...

That file is out of date. So... back to square one.

Anyone here knows where I can find the current version of Q Sound?
