Am I reading it right? Is that news article from 2010?

Yes, and Biden is running for President now. If you think file hosts and ROM sites are being cracked down on now, none of them will exist if Biden is elected. Also, it was Biden and Obama that shut down Megaupload and caused the file host catastrophe. To all Americans who like emulation and ROMs, please do not vote for Biden. That's my best advice to avoid any further emulation cataclysm.

It's an insult to Satan to compare him to Joe Biden.

He's the absolute worst possible Presidential candidate if you like ROMs and emulation, Biden is like Ganon GAME OVER laughing at all of us while he destroys what we love.

Americans need to be more responsible and aware of who they're voting for because it affects the entire globe and Internet.

I hate Biden. At least right now Biden isn't doing very good in the polls and that's a good thing. I'm still hoping one day EP will be able to offer Roms again on the main site.

I always thought Megaupload was shut down because I posted that offensive Obama picture that my Aunt was emailing to everyone. I'm paranoid and a megalomaniac. Hey, megaupload - megalomaniac. See, just connect the dots... All my fault.

Andy, your genius makes your megalomania warranted. Now upload a sandwich for me, I'm hungry.

I know this thread is kinda old. I'm a bit worried though. If he gets elected, a lot of emulation sites could go poof. Maybe another TSO on the deep web is needed, lol.

To bring TSO back on the deep web or regular web it would take the team effort it had before, I can't do it alone. I was only the chief coder and Administrator.

Wouldn't it need to be on the deep web now, because of the way things are now? Well hopefully emulation will be here to stay.

Wherever it's hosted it would require a team effort to be the same as before.

Looks like SOPA and PIPA trying to be revived. Though video games are directly included in the provisions, it could be a sign of things to come.
