Street Fighter II Alpha/Street Fighter 0 Two Rom

Im having problems with this. I have the final burner emu. I try to click a rom form it's list but it doesnt work saying "cannot start this room" "there was an error" I have downloaded the street fighter rom except you see Im using win zip so they are totally seperate from each other..do I need to use both the rom and the final burn? if so how since I am using the evaluated version of winzip
