A .cue file can be easily made in Notepad. I'll tell you how to make a .cue file

Open Notepad, copy and paste this in to it.

    FILE "filename.BIN" BINARY
    TRACK 1 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 1 00:00:00

Where "filename.BIN is, just delete the "filename" and replace it with the name of the .bin file

    Example,
If I had a .bin file for MegamanX6 called MegamanX6.bin and needed a .cue file I make it in notepad like so.

    FILE "MegamanX6.BIN" BINARY
    TRACK 1 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 1 00:00:00

After you do this, save the notepad file in the same directory as the .bin file under the same name as the .bin file. Ex. For a MegamanX6.bin file, I would press "Save as..." in Notepad and name the notepad file as "MegamanX6.cue"

MAKE SURE you put the .cue file extension at the end of the name manually or it will not save as a cue file, it will save as a txt file.

Once this is all done, just go in to your favourite burning program, load up the .cue file and you're ready to go.
