Welp, they already announced that there will be a couple of us that won't make it to next week. Guess who one of those people are?

Ah the joys of being fucked over.

Oh neat. New Mutants is coming out Friday.

I read somewhere recently that they couldn't do anymore pickups and such because it's been so long developing that some of the actors have changed too much, or gotten older

Not anymore, got let go from the company. They decided they didn't need the 18 people that were in the class and got rid of almost all of us, give or take a few who had background in construction work. So, I was one of the ones who got let go. Now I gotta search for a new job again.

There's a big warez piracy crackdown going on atm, including raids and arrests. EU and US legal shit going down. Current releases have nearly all but vanished as many groups have gone dark.

Also, Switch payload injector dev got a C&D from ninty.

Google will be de-indexing proxies and mirrors of pirate sites for Australia before even getting a court order to do so. They have been many blocks going on for years here now, but it seems google is becoming even more proactive because federal law encourages them to do so.

I'm assuming digital sales (and possibly online physical sales) would be up everywhere over the last 6 months due to a lot of people realising shopping from home is safer in the current climate.
So all this shit is just simple greed

Bleh, when will they realize piracy will never stop. People will come up with ways. Hell just small groups of internet friends can just exchange ftps or something.

That sucks. Its hard to find a job right now with everything going on. I haven't heard of any major piracy crackdowns. You can always use duckduckgo search engine. Not sure if they de-index though. Probably safer to use Duckduckgo, regardless.

What's DDG? Also, hopefully you find something good soon, Ace. Just took a look at torrentfreak, looks like there is a full blown war going after piracy.
