I've got a fair amount of consoles from there over the years...

    Most of my PSP consoles.
    Most of my PS3's.
    A few 360's.
Heaps of DS consoles but most have been Lites.
    A few Gameboys.
    Super Famicom.
    2x Gamecubes.
    Quite a few PS2's.
    Several original Xbox's.
    NES PAL.
2x Atari 2600, one is 4 switch woody and the other is large rainbow Jr.
    Model 1 Mega Drive PAL.
    Master System 2.

Loads of spare controllers of various types and God knows how many PS2 memory cards (I sent some to Gyp a while back as part of a trade).
Boxes and boxes and boxes of games. All kinds of stuff. I have way too many of them and keep getting more

Probably left some stuff out, but yeah working there has been great overall. I've collected so much shit

Not much in the way of quality RC cars come in.
Think I've only seen those maybe 2 or 3 times and the batteries don't hold charge.

Yeah I've collected some matchbox and hot wheels stuff too. Mostly loose but I do have some Gran Turismo cars that are still carded, they aren't worth much though iirc.
Also some majorette, corgi and dinky. A small handful of vintage matchbox lesney (50's & 60's).

Not all cars, there are some military vehicles and trucks. Dinky I have is all military and quite large.

Dinky I never had as a kid myself, but cousins in Ireland had some.
I was mad about matchbox when I was a kid, Lego and Meccano too.
I've got huge boxes of used Lego from work, also a fair amount of Meccano.

have you come across the RC brand Tamiya? I've been thinking of getting into RCs lately even dug out my old tyco SVT Mustang 20 years old and still runs like new (actually ordered a cheap one earlier this week). Tamiya looks like a good brand for it's price range.
I'm only asking cause I seen a few listings on ebay from Aus.
    nice.

Yeah I saw a tamiya I think last year. As I said batteries were no good though.
Think it might've been sent off to ebay store. That happens with some stuff, although I have intercepted some things before they were sent and negotiated a price with my boss

No, meccano is all metal with real tools (although small), nuts and bolts.
Old meccano even had steam power, meccano from my childhood had electric motors for building stuff though. Pretty sure they even have RC now.
Meccano has been around much longer than Lego.

There's probably an American knock off of meccano I just can't think of the name atm.

If you look at the wiki it mentions Erector as the American brand, released around 15 years after meccano started.
It also seems meccano bought out erector around 20 years ago. Now a Canadian company owns meccano.

My Dad had meccano as a kid too. He has some steam powered stuff (not just meccano) although nothing is from when he was a kid.

I had an erector set when I was a kid or a knock off but I was too young for it.
