RE4 already has a HD version (physical/digital last gen) I doubt they will remake that.
It works ok, the only issue I have with it is the ambient sound is locked so it's loud as fuck over all other effects. Maybe there are some versions that don't have that issue but the XB1 EU/AU/NZ version has that problem. I can't see why it couldn't be fixed with a huge patch to the game, instead of making a completely new release though


Veronica seems more likely as it's older style and really needs to be updated, plus most people would have digital versions (I think there are some physical variants but maybe that was 360 gen, or maybe I'm thinking of RE4 physical variants 360 gen? ).

Our dollar is doing ok. Ours are pretty close too.

I just checked here and used it's 54.99 at EB lol. Half the price digital right now. But then who knows if certain stores may have it in a half off bin for sales and such right now tbh.

Going digital really is a relatively new thing for me. Once I get a series X I'll be happy if all this shit lasts 10 years but if they follow the current trend probably much longer. My library is getting big not counting services now too

For XB1 physical price drops, some examples of recent stuff I got:

Commandos 2/Praetorians HD Remaster Double Pack
Destroy All Humans!
Lego Harry Potter Remastered Collection
^ The above have been difficult to find under $60aud new locally or even importing. Commandos 2/Praetorians I got for $20aud and Destroy All Humans was a few dollars more than that. Harry Potter was just over $25aud.

Wolfenstein Youngblood Deluxe Edition
^Has been discounted for a while (think last time I noticed it was like $15-18aud new), but I got it new for less than $10aud.

Something weird going on there, maybe your EB prices are affected by US GS prices?
RE3 XB1 is cheaper than 54.99 used at local EB here.

As I've already said many times before. Pre-Christmas sales and also New Year sales are the time to buy stuff here.
Black Friday sales etc are usually complete bullshit, those are for northerners. We still appear to be sticking to traditional sales thankfully.

Maybe the NA RE4 release doesn't have the locked ambient audio?
I'll have to do some reading about releases.
I know with mine you can't adjust that audio at all.

After a while you forget about it, but it's super annoying when you start at the village.

A lot of games are like that, I have a heap that I've got cheap that I could move for a profit easily, just not at store sales times.
