Actually, if you're using open world can you send invites or whatever or are you just stuck with random servers?

No idea how it works. Never tried it before. As long as there's room in that world I don't see why you wouldn't be able to just invite

Actually it does seem to be that simple. You do the inviting - that way it's your quests that other players help with. Also neat thing too that opening containers and collecting loot doesn't delete it so other players can pick up the same things and not fight over it.

You can also fast travel to another player without a cap cost too!

Not sure how enemies will scale? Average between our 2 levels maybe? I'm only at 61 so wouldn't be that bad anyhow.

I'm at like lvl 40 or 41 now so yeah the difference isn't too bad. I've worked with randoms slightly higher than you recently.
