I think Doom Eternal is the only recent one I don't have.
Of the older games I don't think I have Doom 64 on XB1 (?) but I have a real console and ED64.
Doom I & II come with BFG which I have physical.

Yeah I had BFG on pc and it had 1 and 2 with it. They were all separate on XB1 when I got them a few months ago which was weird. They were only a couple bucks a piece so not that big of a deal. The N64 one is kind of interesting.

The Evil Within is it both games or just the first one?

First one - didn't even know there was a 2nd until I looked it up lol.

I wasn't sure if Doom I&II only came bundled with BFG 360 physical but it seems like it.
There is some odd stuff like that for BC. There are even some titles that you can't get digital in some places...

Ninja Gaiden Xbox - only the Black version works for physical.
Panzer Elite Action is PAL only, but NA peeps can install it if they import a physical PAL copy afaik.
There are some Japan only titles like Clannad and a few others iirc They probably install anywhere though if you have physical.
Operation Flashpoint Red River can only be bought digital in Japan, which is odd as physical versions work everywhere else.

There are other examples of oddities
