Bleh, Superstore *had* cheaper printers, Canon's so not total junk too. But today is the last day of their Black Friday sale, so they're long soldout. Maybe they'll throw more stuff out tomorrow, but that seems highly unlikely.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Ink for the cheap Canon's isn't cheap iirc.
Usually go for the Epson's that have like 5 or whatever ink carts. Like my current working printer is WorkForce 545 (AIO), full ink cart pack for that works out to be less than $20aud (might even be under $15aud) but I usually buy at least 2 complete sets at once to get a discount.

Ink cart set for an equivalent Canon printer would be more like $30aud plus but sometimes it's more like $50aud depending on the model.

Well I'm starting to run out of room on my 4TB HDD. I wish the 8TB weren't so expensive.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's not even worth it for me to buy replacement ink for a printer. I print so little the initial sample sized ink's lasted like 80% of my current printers life. I'm sure if I printed more it'd be worth it for me to buy a slightly better printer. But like, I print out Amazon return labels, movie tickets (I think I can just use my phone for them nowadays), and a hard copy of my annual income tax return. I probably only print 20-30 pages a year.

If they're throwing any stock on the floors I'm not going to see it, I'm sure it'd get snatched up 1st thing in the morning whenever they may have them.
They had preorders online a few weeks ago. I dunno if you could pick those up in stores. I know Shoppers had online preorders with in store pickups, and you could time the pickup to their 20x PC Point day!

Does anyone know how to charge an OLED Sony PS Vita - PCH-1000 without the original charger? I know a Slim can charge through a PC USB port.

I'm looking at the OLED model on eBay, and the listing says :
USB cable included, can be charged with any usb or micro usb charger.
I'm not entirety sure what he means...

We have two here and it needs to at least have the proprietary cable. The other end is male USB and the original supply offers 200mA of current.
The internet says you can charge it on a computer with 500mA, but you need the special cable either way.

By "USB cable included" I assume they mean the proprietary sync/charge to USB cable. Is there no picture of the cable?

If there's a usb cable included just use a decent usb supply like 1A Apple type etc.
The usb power cords are dirt cheap. The console will only draw what it needs.

The usb power supplies are easy to find, I collect odd decent ones from work now and then. Apple (both large old and small new types), Samsung and Chromecast are just some example sources.
They're great for mini consoles and also handhelds (NDSL, PSP etc) via the correct cable. Sometimes the power requirements will be above 1A so you may need to collect some usb adapters that are rated above that.

My OLED doesn't have an original charger and I just use a cheap USB cord

And yes even though the power charging requirement for some things will be like 5.2v DC they will still charge via the correct usb cable using a standard 5v usb power adapter
Just don't try a usb adapter type setup for something that only takes under 5v, like Game Boy Color and also old style GBA battery kits (both of which are around 3v).
