I've just been redoing mama dolce's again. Figured out why I didn't finish stuff there and got a checkpoint... I guess you picked up the manager's keycard yesterday so I couldn't see it
Got it all sorted out now and checkpoint for next step (nukes).

So yeah, it seems that even though loot might be available to all players in a team some quest items aren't duplicated

Yeah I'm working on that now in between Brotherhood missions. I keep running out of ballistic fibre.
