The Simpsons S01-12 are up on Disney now in proper 4:3 format.
S03 is missing the first episode with MJ 'cos apparently that was removed from syndication at some point

    Lisa it's your Birthday~

Apparently: In March 2019, following renewed allegations of sexual abuse against Jackson, the episode was pulled from circulation.

Its a pretty cool story and they really handled the release well (looking at other people who have 'not' released prototypes because they couldn't make 1mil).
The build up was weird though because they never stated until a few days prior, that the game was compiled from discovered disks. This is a far more tremendous task than simply dumping a cart which is what they were claiming originally and some of the people who had a hand in the labor were a little upset that their work was being downplayed because of ... idk, buzz words?

Just walked away with 150 USD in store credit today. Traded in:
    Spoiler warning:
    Star Ocean 2 PSX
    Star Ocean 3 PS2
    FE GBA
    Sonic Adv. 1 DC
    Power Stone DC
    Musashi PS2
    Chaos Legion PS2
    Tower of Druaga (sealed PS2)
    Katamari PSP
    Tokobots PS2
    Kingdom Hearts I PS2
and a handful of other crappy Dreamcast games without cases

Just a lot of random crap that was taking up space. Either going unplayed or owned on other consoles. I didn't lose money and any one game in the collection.

Nowhere locally to trade old gen games now. Well, you can go to crimeconverters but they give you nothing even for current gen stuff.
A trip to Melbourne just to unload shit isn't worth it at all, the city is fucked up for driving and parking now. Maybe worth it if you had a van or stationwagon literally full, but such a fucking hassle.

I see Rockstar is still milking GTA V. ITs going to be on PS5.

It's not easy to find a good retro store like this. In fact, I haven't even gone in to a GameStop since I discovered them. Buy and sell prices are both incredibly fair. I want them to stay around for as long as possible.

Not surprising. No matter what platform people still buy it.
I read some speculation that Beth could remaster Skyrim again but I'd say it's unlikely. It will be BC on Xbox anyway, maybe PS5 too but idk what the BC scenario is there. Demon's Souls is getting a remake so I'm wondering if Sony's BC is going to be more like Nintendo.

EB Games don't sell/trade old shit like that here anyway.
You can't buy/trade PSP, they don't sell Vita games new and I can't remember the last time I saw a used Vita game (maybe the online store has some).
Xbox 360/PS3 games/consoles may not even last until the end of the year.

Gamestop might not even be around after this whole pandemic. Where I'm at, the stores are still closed for in-store shopping.

The local EB stores here were still open for most of this, but no cash transactions and a limit on amount of people in store.
But then we don't have thousands of people dying here.
