Welp went ahead and got my new tv!!
I said fuck it to the 600 dollar TCL series 6 and went with the Series 4 (43 inch instead of 55) at 319.99. I don't see the justification in price considering I don't have much 4k content anyways. Took 90 minutes of screwing around with it and even so it still looks better on the desktop (My GT 710 might explode lol) and even on the Xbox S, the HDR def makes a difference and overall looks better than my little 1080p Samsung. At least the Hdmi inputs work so I don't have to switch between devices on the back of the tv anymore
Battlefront 2 looks gorgeous - no artifacts or blurring or shit as of yet so that's good. Gonna try some other games now.
