Man it feels good to make a YouTube video again. Finally got Episode 5 of Nostalgia Glasses done. Felt really good to work on something creative again.

I've made a few Youtube videos recently. I've also been playing around with VidLii.

I've already gotten snow this morning and friday morning. Just a little bit of elevation makes a big difference.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Yeah, I'm becoming aware of a contingent of people who are firmly anti-shorts.

Though I suppose if you live in a place that is consistently hot, you'd be more than appropriately acclimated.

My dog is strangely interested in my CRT, more-so than LED TVs. She keeps trying to eat the Tonberries.

So ya'll know how much I like FF8, but there are a few things I find annoying in the remaster.
It's clearly an emulated version of the PSX game, buyt with a strange combination of parts from the original and the steam release.
My first complaint is that there's no Chocobo World! AFAIK this was always on the original PC release and steam had it added back in but not in the remaster. Luckily some or all of the exclusive items that can be acquired in Chocobo World can be found with Angelo Search now. These include the non-junctionable GFs Moomba and MiniMog. Hell, I wasn't even aware of a Moomba GF so that make me pretty mad.
My second complaint is that while they didn't re-balance the game, they have instead combined certain boss leveling from both versions. A good example is Omega Weapon scales with your average level which makes it nothing more than another boss. Originally this was the toughest battle in the game earning you special recognition as "the finest fighter in the world" or something like that.

The game does look fantastic and the addition of speed and encounter-rate control is really great.

I got a bunch more phone- and in-person interviews coming up. Why is the position that I am most likely suited for out in uber conservative country?
The description of the plant and town is just so backwards and misleading. Like: "enjoy the quite life without traffic where many forward thinking intellectuals in the tech world call home."
