I son't know either,(I've been searching for days only finding out that the dreamcast roms are .iso's) but soon as you find a site with dreamcast roms please email me Superkat86@altavista,com.

The only places you will find them are at ftp sites and channels in Mirc. Go to Emuparadise' channel on Newnet and ask around. Download mirc here
