Default Help with Quantum Fighter NES

I have been trying to play Quantum Fighter on a NES emulator but there are issues with the graphics starting on level 2. Part of the screen goes dark and I can't maneuver around. Can anyone recommend a good emulator that doesn't glitch with this game?

I have been trying for years to beat this game and would greatly appreciate the help.

I’ll have to check when I get home, but I’m pretty sure retroarch works perfectly for this game on my Android game pad. I’ll check on my DS and see if level 2 wigs out on there in emulation or not. Guess I have an excuse for playing this game again! Thanks for that!!
