Really? seems kind of odd. Shit, I'm getting a 1 year gold card as a present soon. And the chances of me getting a credit card are about the same as Scarlett Johanson knocking on my door asking if she can use my shower.

I wanted to try out Dragonage 2, grabbed it for PC instead - that's what I got that last notice for lol.

Here in the us you can get a Green Dot card at walmart that you prepay and it acts just like a credit card. You don't need a decent credit rating and you can use it for anything you would use a credit card for.

I was thinking about that, you can get basically the same thing here too. Just wasn't 100% sure it would work. I don't see why not but it's not exactly a huge priority at the moment although I'll keep it in mind.

You need to be careful with those prepaid cards. Subscription is auto and if you don't keep the credit topped up you can get stuck in a microsoft debt lock on your account. Yes even if you try to pay the debt it can still stay locked.

You can't just buy whatever you want in store using the gift card.
But you can use the card to buy anything you want via the online store...you need cc info though

Of course!!! Gonna have to use both actually. Going today I think. Finally be able to install everything - which will probably take until tomorrow

There was a 3tb external drive with it's own power cord that's on sale for 109 and in stock that I think is the one I'm getting. I'm iffy about getting a usb powered one, just to be on the safe side. Last thing I need is to blow a port or something.
