Yeah we add it after same as the US too. Ours is 12% total, in this province at least.

For the Switch
$425.60cad would be like $448au. $450au is about the cheapest so there's like $2au difference.

Xbone
$257.60cad is like $271au, it wouldn't be hard to get a 500GB cheaper than that at all.
