After I get my ASUS fixed up and running again, I'm going to invest in another laptop cooling pad next. My old one stopped working due to a damaged cord. Not only does my old laptop shut off every so often due to overheating, but my story document got deleted, again.

Either that, or Wordpad is a piece of shit. I know Microsoft Word creates backups and restores them after a crash, but that costs even more money, and I can barely afford to get my laptop fixed at the moment, so I gotta wait it out.

I suggest you try using open office it's basically a freeware version of MS office.

been looking into a 3ds usb charging cable any suggestions on where to get 1 for $5 with s/h or less. I've been looking on ebay but just wondering if there's a better place(more trust worthy?) since it seems like everything is being shipped from china despite being listed as in the us.

I looked it up, the factory cable outputs 5.05v without load, so the ideal 5.00v from a USB slot is fine.
- I wasn't expressing a warning, I just didn't know they made USB adapters.

Amazon has them for 5 and under, free shipping. Any should be fine.

The names on Asian sellers don't seem to matter. I've ordered different things from completely different sellers and noticed identical return addresses before. And I've noticed what seemed to be one seller, operating what looked to be a dozen accounts selling the same stuff, each with 100,000+ feedback.

I get the impression that there are sellers that don't even stock the things they're selling. They just take your order and relay the shipping details to whatever companies they've partnered with, and have them dispatch your goods.

nah was just noticing that most sellers items were being shipped from china while the sellers are located in the us.
that seller "Doesn't post to United States". the seller I'm looking has pretty high rating others selling the same are around the same rating.

...Saint Pierre and Miquelon, United States, Algeria...

The Singapore seller has slightly higher positive feedback % and way higher feedback score.
