felt like playing something on my 3ds noticed it needed a charge plugged the charger in it wasn't working fiddled with it for a while still nothing tried checking it for voltage and got nothing decided to take it apart found that the wires soldered to the plug post were broken sigh now I need a new one. cheap piece of crap never worked right anyway.

Just get a usb charge cable, you can get 3DS, DS and GB Advance types.
Cheap as and you just use a usb wall adapter.

I had a similar issue last year, the charger casually stopped working. Like, the day before it was fine, the following day did not give a signal.
I went to a shop to buy a new one at once, luckily the owner had the official product. By the way, he was hot, I should definitely go back there.

after buying that ds3 from gyp I don't have the money for a new one not that it's much of a loss not playing it.

Been binging that Better Call Saul show. Only seen a couple episodes of the first season when it came out. Just finished season 2 now. Not bad at all. Like the stuff with Mike. And yes I know who shows up in season 3

He might be showing up in Saul in a major way - they're supposed to be getting close to the beginning of Breaking Bad now I think with the current shows.
