Just seems to be running so much faster. Plus I was being inundated with little popups to update. Plus G-mail just plain wasn't working. So...

Loose ps2/3 probably isn't worth much. I know at one point complete us copies went for around $60-70.

Little kids have the worst sass. I hope he's feeling better! Poor thing.

Any browser I've tried doesn't make a noticeable difference with my connection. FF is working pretty much the same as it has for years now, it isn't slower for me.
I haven't had any popups to update, just get a little green reminder arrow up the top right on the menu button that isn't intrusive.
You don't use an email client?

Oh you'd be surprised about loose shit here, I mean EB sells shit with just their crappy generic covers for the same price as complete. A lot of the other shops (which there aren't all that many options here nationally now) don't vary vastly on prices either...unless it's a collector's edition or whatever.

Yeah you can get loose stuff cheap on local ebay but not all sellers do that for everything so you have to look all the time and jump on stuff when it pops up, auctions are hit and miss. Loose stuff irl at garage sales yeah that's cheap...the thrift shops usually don't even bother selling loose DVD/CD/game even BD (and also don't sell out of region stuff but PS3 is an example of an exception), which is why I usually grab that shit before it's binned.

Yeah stores will ask a lot, it's just from my experience that it is much harder to sell. I've bought cheap loose stuff but almost always just to keep.

I'll be fairly busy for the next couple of days but drop me a reminder VM or whatever if you still want pics of glass.

Went to a few garage sales today just for a look around (sometimes good to take a look on Sunday as people tend to be desperate to get rid of stuff).

    Got a few things...
    Spoiler warning:
Small pile of loose small Mega Bloks Halo figures, weapons, etc.
Mega Bloks Halo Magnetic Spartan, looks like there are all parts in one box (box & instructions are Spartan II) to make 2x figure variants from the series.
Doctor Who 5.5" figure (11th Doctor, has sonic screwdriver).
AtGames Sega Genesis Ultimate Portable Game Player - console only but the battery seems ok and unit works fine. Still has a screen protector on it. Blue type (2014).
6 woollen blankets (most are single but one double) - free for the dog.

    Nothing fantastic.

He's doing a little better now, but with all the heat he's now getting a heat rash all over his body so he's just a miserable little guy. But thankfully he's getting over the sickness quick.
