hey DL is vault 11 in FO NV connected to a named quest? I stumbled onto it earlier tonight(was actually surprised)I worked my way down and found the overseer's terminal password opened up the secret entrance but I didn't go any further as I wasn't sure if it was part of some quest later in the game.

No important quests are related to that vault iirc. It's probably a relevant location for some fetch quests though, if you loot it now you may pick up some quest items that can't be removed from your inventory.
