Yeah it's a really nice find It's PAL of course, probably worth about $50au. The platinum 2 disc PAL version (no SH demo) is worth about $25-30.

Need a molex adapter cable plus audio link cable too (my monitor has speakers but the card requires loopback audio from mb). Those won't be hard to get.
