is there a good nes clone that has support for original nes controllers/lightgun?
    not an nes mini either.

No idea. You'd have to do a Google search.

As far as I remember, old light guns will not work on modern TVs. You'll need an old CRT.

prices are quite cheap the highest one I was looking at is $29.99

THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

I've given up buying digital for a little while now. Can't get 360 titles (free or otherwise) without CC info anyway and I'm not doing that.
