Exclamation SOS: Got lags in NES gameplays

    Hi guys,

The moment when I'm facing a bunch of enemies, the FCEUX (emulator) slows down a lot...
I did everything I could do in the settings, but I could barely even fix it.

Waiting for solutions, tks a million!!!

    Leon

FCEUX may not run well on slow CPUs.

Ensure that you're using the Old PPU, because the New PPU engine is very slow. Check Config -> PPU -> Old PPU.

Tks a lot, my friend~ I'm running Win 7 on a laptop with i7, 8G RAM, GTX630 (2G) and the PPU is now set to Old PPU...however, the problem is still right there...

Which version of FCEUX you using? ..Need alot enemies on screen for it slow down... i would delete fceux.cfg file then try again might be minor setting deleting fceux.cfg file will reset your emulator

Could also check processors see whats running on PC might have FCEUX running in background that never closed from before..the ZSNES likes to do that
