(Game Boy) FIFA Road to the World Cup '98 no sound in intro or menus in Super Gameboy Mode

When in super gameboy mode on the old vba emulator, or using km's-mgba on the snes classic,this rom has no sound on its intro or in the menus.
I could just use a shader for the border on the snes, but super gameboy mode has amazing colours with this game, aswell as the sound is much enhanced.

Any idea how to get the sound working for this rom for the intro and menus in super gameboy mode??

If it doesn't work properly on emus, then I guess Everdrive GB + super game boy adapter on real snes (classic is an emu console).

Oh sorry, I knew the snes classic uses emulation. I installed an emulator on it to get SGB mode (without the sbg intro, options menu etc just colours and border)other games work fine in SGB mode whether using the emulator on the snes classic I put in, or using the old vba on my pc

This may sound silly.... but I do have an SNES console with the super gameboy adaptor and FIFA RTWC 98 gameboy cartridge to haha but the SNES isn't working the best these days so was putting all my old games onto the snes classic
