Default Where Did all the Pokemon ROMS Go?

Forgive me if I'm missing something (fairly new to the world of emulators) but I've been looking up online tutorials on where to find emulators and Pokemon ROMs for download on Windows 10 and almost all them direct to Emuparadise. But no matter how hard I try I can't find a way to download them. I found the page for Pokemon Emerald but it says the download is no longer available. What's going on? Am I missing something or were they all mass-removed for some reason? There are others out there I've seen but they seem very sketchy and I'd rather not risk getting malware.

Alternatively, if anyone has a reliable link to another page that does have them please send it through.
