Newbie needs help please

Hi guys

I have just signed up to premium but cant seem to get anything to DL now

Initially I was getting hotlinking errors so I tried different ISO's but now if I can get anything to start I only get about 300-500kb/sec speeds plus only one at a time

I have signed in via email link so I am registering as an EP premium member but seems really strange as I was having more success on free site

Any advice greatly appreciated

I have windows 10 with edge,chrome and IE browsers available
