    Default Lufia 2 snes9x problem

    Hi,
I ran into a bit of a snag playing this game. Everything was working great until I got to Dragon Mountain, in the room where you have to drop a hydra in a pit to raise a platform. The moment this happens, the music hangs and shortly after the game hangs too. I already spent a good while trying to read up on Lufia bugs but nobody seems to have this particular problem. So far, I've tried snes9x 1.53 and 1.56, no dice. I figure it has to be something silly because I couldn't find anyone with the same bug after googling for more than an hour.
Please help, I'd really like to finish this.

    Are you using save states?

Save states can corrupted your game and cause all kinds of odd things.

Alright, I'll try loading from my last regular save and going from there. Will update.

Yep. If you're going to use save states don't rely on them entirely, no matter what emu. If you encounter anything odd and can't find any details about a known bug then revert to last game save, or with some games you will get a continue code instead of actual save slots.
