Is it the links? Or is it just me? Help please

I don't get any specifics when it fails to extract.
I've downloaded the files 8 different ways from Sunday.
HTTP, FTP
My region, Autoselect
IE, FF and Chrome
I even tried using both WinRAR and 7Zip

None of the games extract properly.
SSX 3 being the main one I've been trying on
NBA Street (USA)
Need For Speed - Underground (USA)
I download it, open it up with 7zip and test it.
Each time, it says "Data Error" Which I've never gotten before.

Made sure I completely uninstalled/reinstalled 7zip and tried again.
Still failed.

I'm wondering if my EP Premium account isn't connected to my actual EP account and that may cause some issue?
Is the download the problem? Is it my account?
I have no idea and it's confusing.

I have 7zip on an SSD and no idea of what kind of information is necessary for a resolution.

Are you sure the downloads were complete?

I watched them all complete, yeah they said they were done. Any other way to ensure that?

It may just be the version of 7-zip you have. Do you have the latest version?

Also, just tested the SSX 3 file on the server and it extracted fine so the file is okay. You can also check the md5 sum of your file and it should match: 073f61664740363f586cec6b925f4653 if it downloaded correctly.

I do have the latest version.
Checked the MD5 It's not the same.
But it's like the 12th time I've downloaded it.

Any idea as to how I can download it correctly?
