I use a Mac book, and for wii games I've been trying to use MacPAR deLuxe to open and repair the PAR2 files, but so far none of them worked, it keeps telling me that the file contains 1 recovery block/ is missing and cannot be prepared.

If I had to guess where you're screwing up, I'd say you aren't putting your downloaded game and the par2 file in the same directory. So MacPAR sees the 1 block you're trying to use and then gives up because it doesn't see the game you want to fix.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
