"The selected machine is missing one or more required ROM or CHD images"

b61_11.m11 and cchip_upd78c11.bin are missing apparently. You'd think that these files would be easy to find because they're necessary to play this rom but nope, they don't seem to exist on the internet at all and make the game completely unplayable.

Is there any sort of obscure website that hosts these "missing files"?
