    Default Pulstar.zip not working

I'm not sure what's going on but I can't figure out how to get this game to work either in mame or neo geo form...plz help me out, I got blazing star simply by installing the game, so idk what's wrong.

Be sure to have all the necessary files... When you download the game through emuparadise, it shows the other files you need to download to make it work on mame. You can also try neo.emu or retroarch.

Ok...so I'm relatively new to name emulation, I'm looking at the pulsar page, but it won't show the files for the game in order for it to run on mame.
