Default Playing movie CD's or VCD's on DVD players

Is there any way to burn a movie to a CD and be able to watch it on a DVD player?

You can convert the files to .mpg then change the file name to AVE*something*.dat if you want. I forgot what the file name is.

Yes. Go to www.vcdhelp.com for tutorials. You will need some freeware first. I recommend Virtual Dub, TMPGEncoder, and VCDEasy.

That depends on the make and model of the DVD player... some can play VCD's & SVCD's some can only play one, and some cant play any... like the PS2...

    Edit: dang to slow...
