Title says it all

i'm after a guaranteed rare item drop code for the ULUS-10560 version of Final Fantasy 4 Complete Collection (The After Years Section) to use for CW Cheat.

i know there's a 100% drop rate code but that only seems to work for normal items. i need one for rares.
