007 Everything or Nothing Weird Dashes and Flashes

I've tried with two different ISO's, the US and Europe versions and it seems like I run into the same issue. I launch the game and it loads fine, but when it gets to the THX and MGM logos, there are these orange dashes that shows up and it creates a blue and red double vision sort of thing (kinda like watching a 3D movie but without the glasses). That was on the US ISO, so I tried the Europe ISO and the same thing happens, but it also starts flashing. If there is anyone who ran into the same thing and was able to fix it, let me know. Thanks!

There are a couple issues with this game.

Try at native resolution and/or software mode. Also try with the mtvu hack turned off although this shouldn't matter anymore with current versions of the emulator.

Could also try the gc version and run with Dolphin if all else fails, I've owned both versions back when on actual hardware and remember the gc version looking a little better.
