moved my pc speakers off my desk and hooked them up to my tv. now my desk has less clutter and my tv sounds better my tv's built in speakers suck most of the time when I played a game I would use my good headphones.

I plug everything into the tv so that way with the speakers plugged into the tv everything also comes out through them

Also got a fair sized tub of loose meccano, which was a tub I started filling many months ago with odd bits that turned up. Some of it is from before my time but most is within the last 20-40 years. There are some loose schematics there and one complete guide for boxed kits which is fairly old.

Yeah, built-in speakers are usually ass. Headphones are a lot cheaper for good audio. Lots of very respectable options for $50-100. Just not the case with floor speakers. Did recently get Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 desktop speakers for only about $80 shipped.
