It's actually all split up into about 28x 10GB torrents. Probably mostly (if not all) avi.
went back and searched again I found one from 2011 that's 201.49 gb that's a complete

I wouldn't mind doing high quality it's just that my "junktop" doesn't play nice with x265

x265 is good for archiving but you have to re-encode for maximum compatibility. I don't have any devices (besides PC) that can play it so it's useless to me

Anyway I have physical releases of nearly all the classics just missing a few odd things. Rips I don't have all that much that I've kept and most would be old fan recons now, plus some odd official DVD releases I still don't have.
Of the modern series I mostly have rips, I do have S2 on BD though.

I recommend you try to get BD rips of these (if possible, idk) though:

The Power of the Daleks (Patrick Troughton, 2nd Doctor, animated reconstruction)
Spearhead From Space (Jon Pertwee, 3rd Doctor, first colour story)
Shada (Tom Baker, 4th Doctor, originally an unaired story)

Web of Fear has an official DVD release.
Our R4 releases are also PAL. This is still available here.

The "found" Snowmen episode has been around for years, it's on The Troughton Years (VHS) and also on Lost in Time (DVD) with some extra clips.

Looks like Doctor Who S05E25 ep3 recon 10bit x265 HEVC D0ct0rLew[UTR] is made up of audio and stills. All other episodes seem to play as normal, only had a quick look.

Lost in Time is from like 2004 or something. The episode was found around 1991 I think...that was when the VHS release came out.
Maybe you're confused about Web of Fear?
There was a rumour in 2013 that another Snowmen ep had been found but it was just a rumour. Both Web of Fear and Enemy of the World were found in 2013.

Web of Fear ep3 reconstructed from telesnaps. That's the official release, it wasn't animated like some other stories.
Audio would be sourced from the pile of recordings a fan made on original airings, most of the recons use that same audio source.

    You're probably thinking of this:
    http://www.doctorwhonews.net/2015/09...of-fear-3.html

I treat that the same as rumours.
Speculating about if it was actually in Nigeria with the other eps to begin with, and if it was then what happened to it won't magically make it available to everybody.
