I was using a combo of psnstuff+ and some other progs when I was doing backup injection on PS3 OFW, but I might have to look at that. Does the browser work offline at all? I mean does it store a copy of a links database for offline use?

I believe you can download them outright but I'm not sure if it would be useful .

Psnstuff+ has a downloader and also has an offline database.
I haven't looked at it for a while now but I recall there not being many vita/ps4 links, it was mostly for PS2/3 & PSP.

If tax is added to something it should be included in the total price, instead of you having to read some fine print somewhere or calculate it yourself. Or at least have the price, then "plus $** tax" right next to it clearly.

We aren't talking about some sort of discount like for a card holder or staff member.
