    I believe you can download them outright but I'm not sure if it would be useful .

    Psnstuff+ has a downloader and also has an offline database.
    I haven't looked at it for a while now but I recall there not being many vita/ps4 links, it was mostly for PS2/3 & PSP.

    If tax is added to something it should be included in the total price, instead of you having to read some fine print somewhere or calculate it yourself. Or at least have the price, then "plus $** tax" right next to it clearly.

    We aren't talking about some sort of discount like for a card holder or staff member.

    What is the point in not including it in the price? So people/businesses that get tax free purchases don't have to calculate how much they save?
