Default Multiple ISO files into one

OK hoping you guys can help me, I have a CFW PS3 running REBUG, I am trying, to runs a few PSX iso's on it, I have no trouble running Iso's that have a single bin file, but I cant seem to create a single iso for the ones that come with multiple tracks, eg Nuclear Strike (Europe).
Here is what I am doing at the moment
    1. Extract the ROM into a standalone folder using 7z program (which results in 2 iso's)
    2. Import the 2 iso's into IMAGEBURN and Create an Image from files. (which results in a BIN/CUE file)
    3. I Then put my BIN file into the PS3 HDD01 folder and try to load it as I do with other PSX games that work well.

Thats where the trouble starts, I try to load it loads into Multiman, then outside of Multiman on the main REBUG XMB sceen a PS1 system disc icon appears, but wont run, it displays a PLAYSTATION name, but no LOGO, then freezes.

So my question is am I creating the image in the wrong MODE (MODE2/FORM1/2352) ISO9660 aans should I put the BIN and CUE file into the PS3 HDD folder or just the BIN....

    Thanks for any help....

Are you talking about multi disc PSX games (eg FF series), or do you mean a single disc game that you downloaded that is in Redump format (one cue and multiple bin files)?

You can't merge PSX multi disc games into one bin/cue.

If you want to convert Redump format to single bin/cue use isobuster.

Single cue and multi bin is Redump. Use isobuster to convert to single bin/cue.
I did some of these recently for my PS3 but I don't use MM...well I have used it but only for dumping my own PS3 game discs.

    Edit:
Whatever you do don't convert to iso, make sure you stick to bin/cue for PSX games. Same for any PS2 games that are CD based (use bin/cue).
Only DVD, BD and PSP games should be iso.
If you use NTFS external you can keep everything unsplitted on that...PSP and PS2 will need to be moved to internal if MM doesn't do it automatically for you, I wouldn't know.

It's a group that goes for perfect 1:1 dumps of games.

As DL posted this is what you need to look at for combining bins.

    http://redump.org/

They don't host any games. Just file details so you know your dump is perfect.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Yes you should convert to single bin/cue for PS3 CFW. You can leave PSX games in that format on your external HDD.
It is simple to use and will make a good working image for you.
