    Question PSX multi tracks file

New to this. Had a lot of fun adding NES and SNES games to my SNES Classic. Ready for the next step - PSX games. When I extract some ISO's (Einhander for example) I get a single .bin file. But with some games I get multiple files. Devil Dice has 12 tracks! My question is, for the game with multiple tracks, do I need to combine them, and if so, how?

PSX multi bin are usually redump type.
It's easy to convert to single bin/cue using isobuster.

I had to do a few of these conversions recently for my PS3.

Whatever you do don't convert PSX games to iso, you can end up with missing audio etc in games.

isobuster ended up being a real pain. Daemon Tools Lite is much more user-friendly. The info was still useful, as it pointed me in the right direction.

Why was isobuster a pain? It's very easy to use.

    How are you playing PSX?

There is no need to combine a Redump split Bin/Cue for emulation usage.

I second this, its easy as pie.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

OP mentions SNES Classic. I wouldn't know if PSX games can run on it myself
