Yes it says it on the third paragraph. And they spelled controller wrong. And that it's a work in progress.
You're not asking if this plays ps3/4/360 games are you? This is an original playstation emulator.

IT ONLY SUPPORTS THE CONTROLLERS AND THAT'S NOT EVEN WORKING YET.
This is a psx emulator for Android. Period.
I dont really know what they mean about Ps3/4 Controllers and how to use them.
Right now im using FPse as an Psx Emulator.

It means that you can use a controller connected to your phone or tablet. You can do this already with a few things with a micro usb adapter for a wired 360 controller. Since PS3/4 controllers connect via bluetooth which all android devices have I imagine this is how it will be implemented.
Then you can use a controller to play instead of the stupid touchscreen controls. All of which is moot since they say right there that it's not working yet.
