I need help extracting 3d models from a PS1 rom

Hello. I was wondering if there was a way to extract models from PlayStation 1 roms? I'm currently trying to extract all of the character models and, more importantly, all of the levels from Spyro the Dragon. I have the PCSX 1.5 PlayStation 1 emulator (but I will probably be able to obtain more emulators if this one can't do it), and both the .bin and .cue files for the Spyro the Dragon rom.

For example, here is a link to what I'm looking to obtain: https://www.models-resource.com/play...on/model/9920/ I'm looking to get the official game's ripped models of all the levels, and also the characters and objects. I'm not sure if there's a way to rip the models from a .bin or .cue file. Is there a program that I can use to extract the models from this game?

I searched all day yesterday for a way to do this, but I've come across nothing so far. I would really appreciate anyone's help with this. Thanks in advance.

I downloaded the program in the video, but an error message comes up saying "Error: unable to access jarfile". Do you know of a way I can fix this?
