So I'm having the damndest time getting pcsxr-pgxp with gpuPeteOpenGL2Tweak to work. The tweak won't show up under the graphics plugins options no matter what I do. The only thing I've heard of that fixes this is re-installing c++ visual 2015 redistribution, but that doesn't work. I've tried it multiple times. I've looked all over and asked other places but can't find any answers or at least not anyone willing to take the time to answer me.

I'm running on windows 8.1 with the latest version of pcsxr. I've also tried ePSXe and it has the same problem. Below is the setup I'm using for the emulator. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
