The "Pokemon ROMs" page (https://www.emuparadise.me/pokemonroms.php) is very misleading. It says you have "over 1000 different Pokemon ROMs to download and play" but you dont since all nintendo roms are gone.

Doesn't need to be removed.
Just add some words here and there...eg change sentence to "there were over 1000 different Pokemon ROMs to download and play but they're gone now".
And maybe add
Spoiler warning:
We'll fix the page eventually. Thanks for reporting it.
"eventually"? LOL
thinking about this again and... the OP has a fair point.
just think... you go on google looking for a ROM of a certain game and you see a number of sites with pages for said ROM only to click the link and find that the page has no download links, no info, nothing of use. it's just a waste of bandwidth clogging up search results.
i've also seen this same sort of crap with "cheat" websites where i'll be looking for cheats or a guide for a game (walkthrough/strategy guide/etc.) and up comes some results with a few sites "wiki" pages for the game in question. lo and behold, i click the link and it's a useless empty page with absolutely no content.
for a ROM site...why keep pages up about games you for which you have nothing of value to offer people visiting the site? and yes i noticed the download page links towards the bottom of that pokemon page. those are kinda pointless too when there's no longer any games to download from such pages.
i suppose if you want to trick people into visiting the site, that's one way of going about it but...that's still wasting their time for nothing and will likely just lead to them going off to other sites when they see you don't really have what they're looking for.
Yes, that can be a likely reason. But there can also be another reason for keeping it up
