Incidently, completed DF1 myself a few days ago then got DF2 fixed up and ready...I had forgotten how fucking hard it was! Died twice on the first level on normal mode XD Mostly stupidity the first time but second time, blasters are way more accurate than the films .

Maybe give Pillars of Eternity a go? They landed solidly on the 'BG' section of the dartboard. I'm hoping PoE2 will land on 'BG2' .

Ahh yes i remember now...I still recommend working through unreal though XD. Also, outcast is the only one i havent damn well played :/ lol I have it but not gotten round to it yet.

Yeah see the problem is that most younger people that have grown up with more recent games all seem to be on speed.
They talk fast, they want everything right away and it's just annoying more than anything else.

As you get older your reflexes aren't as good, and you tend to actually enjoy things differently. Adding stress to something isn't enjoyment.
Some challenging aspects of games can be ok especially if it involves patience or learning how a game works so you can predict situations.

But wanting my gaming experience to be ADHD simulation isn't something I'm interested in. I usually turn up sensitivity in options for a lot of games and that's enough for me, going beyond that would be ridiculous.

Unreal is a great series.

Im running it through UT99, installed a sound mod to make it sound nice and EAXY/Reverby again, a 2k texture mod and a 4k model mod. Don't care what anyone says i put unreal over half life back then and still do anyday.

Yeah did the first 2 ages ago myself, except for the addon for the second game.
