There isn't any kerbside hard waste collection around here at all so people don't put stuff out on their lawn or whatever for pickup.

Snow is pretty rare, like maybe once every few years or something. It isn't proper snow though it just melts nearly always immediately.
Hail and/or sleet is way more common than snow.

But yeah up in the alps in my state we have snow season every year, the snow up there is the real deal but not like 2 metres deep or whatever
